Hi John,
Indeed, I was referring to my female parent'southward Surface tablet.. This is a major letdown for me. Not being able to postpone the update process until my visit means from at present on what was a simple device has in her optics turned against her, like it did this week. I've not been able to drive over withal, and when all of a sudden confronted with this update she managed to try and printing anything to brand it go abroad and its not even letting her enter her pin or password- I have a hard fourth dimension understanding what the issues are over the phone when she tries to render things happening on her tablet lol..
I hope the update policies are ammended in the future..
